Help & FAQ
If you've never played Treasure, it should be pretty easy to grasp. If
we find that people have a lot of the same questions, we'll post them
here so that you can have an easy place to come and get answers.
Q. What does the ??? Brick do?
A. Check the instructions page for
info on all the bricks and their functions. The game on your device
has the same instructions as well.
Q. Level ??? is really hard and I can't get past it. What
should I do?
A. The levels are designed to be challenging but not
impossible. Still, we have made it possible to practice each level
separately. Just go to the Preferences page and set the switch to
Practice Mode ON. Then set the level you want to practice. You won't
run out of lives and you get to practice any level over and over. Your
score won't be recorded in the High Score list, however and you can
only practice one level at a time.
Q. Which is better, Swipe or Tilt controls?
A. The answer is really up to you. Try both and decide for
yourself. You can change your mind any time on the Preferences page in
the game.
Q. Any hints on how to use the Swipe controls?
A. The best thing you can do is try things out and see what works for
you. Here are some things to get you started: Dragging the ball is ok,
but that won't stop it from going up and down, so beware. It's best to
have a clear lift off the device, rather than just sliding your finger
left and right. Finally, the game doesn't really look at vertical
swipes, only the horizontal motion of any swipe, so you can swipe up
and down or diagonally if it works for you, but it won't help much.
Q. Any hints on how to use the Tilt controls?
A. Nope. They're pretty easy to deal with. Just try them and see.
Q. How do I mute or turn the sound off?
A. Check out the Preference page in the game.
Q. If my game gets interrupted by a phone call or SMS will I
be able to continue where I left off?
A. Yes. The game state is automatically saved whenever there is any
interruption, whether it is a phone call, SMS, you pressing the Home
button on your device or just pressing pause.
Q. I only see two levels. Aren't there more?
A. Yes. You're plaing the free version of the game, get the FULL
version for all the levels, all the features and more!

Q. The ball seems slow. Is there a way to speed it up?
A. The first few levels are intentionally slower so beginners can get
used to the game. In later levels, the ball speeds up. Don't worry,
there are definitely some challenges!
Q. The game play stutters or stops for a short time, once in a
while, and then starts up again. What's up?
A. It's not the game. While you are playing, your device is busy doing
other things in the background. It may be checking for new mail, it
may be cleaning files, it may be plotting to control the world! Who
knows? If you find that this happens often, shut down and restart your
device. It will help all your apps run more smoothly.
